Jon is also personally invested in the leadership of his local church and community and he considers clear values, leadership and great people, as the key to success for any organisation. |

| Scott is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience both in Australia and internationally. Scott began his career with a Big Four accounting firm in New Zealand, and went on to specialise in funds management in the UK. Prior to joining our values-driven team at ACS Financial, Scott held senior finance roles across a range of sectors including e-commerce, aged care and business services. Scott is passionate about neighbourhood evangelism and co-leads Breakthrough Community, a community outreach initiative in Melbourne's outer east. |

| Adam has worked in the financial services sector for nearly 20 years including senior roles with Westpac, NRMA and Bendigo Bank. Adam is passionate about supporting the Not For Profit sector both personally and professionally. Adam has served the community via his personal volunteer work and on a professional level, Adam believes in providing the best possible service to the Not For Profit sector, which enables our customers to better manage and utilise their resources. |

| Andrew has over 20 years Australian and international experience as a top tier legal and compliance professional in the financial services sector. Andrew’s expertise has been honed at leading law firms, in senior corporate roles at ANZ, NAB and AIG Insurance, and as legal counsel to the Australian Banking Industry Ombudsman. A committed Christian with 3 children, Andrew is a member of St Paul's Anglican Church in Canterbury, Vic. |

| John has over 20 years of banking, capital markets and asset management experience. He has held a number of senior management roles including Principal at Alcaston Solutions, a Director with Artesian Capital Management, and more than 10 years as Head of a number of departments with ANZ. John has been involved in leadership with his local Salvation Army church in Camberwell for over 10 years and is strongly aligned to the Salvo ethos of serving and saving the least and the lost. He is passionate about bringing a world-class investment management service to the Church and Not For Profit sector. |
