This lease incorporates all functions associated with the vehicle including vehicle finance, registration costs, insurance, scheduled servicing, tyres, 24 road side assist, accident management, fuel card, fuel management, toll management, fines and infringement management throughout the agreed lease term. For a fully comprehensive lease where all running costs are packaged into one fixed monthly cost, this lease type offers maximum convenience and ease of use.
What is a Non Maintained Operating Lease?
A Non Maintained Operating Lease (NMOP) is a lease agreement between ACS Financial, the financier and your organisation. The difference with this lease arrangement is that this lease incorporates only the vehicle finance, registration, insurance and fuel throughout the agreed lease term. This lease arrangement does not cover all running costs that an FMOP would and for this reason, this lease arrangement suits clients that are willing to absorb some of the running costs of the vehicle in exchange for a reduced fixed monthly lease cost structure.
What is a Novated Lease Fully Maintained?
A Novated lease is a lease agreement between ACS Financial, the financier and the employer and their employee. The employee chooses the vehicle that they wish to lease and they then salary sacrifice the lease payments via their payroll. This type of lease enables employees to salary sacrifice for the vehicle of their choice, which assists both the employer and the employee in creating stronger employee satisfaction and reduced overheads for the organisation. If the employee decides to leave their current employer the vehicle may be transferred with them to their new employer which promotes stronger flexibility.
What happens if my car breaks down?
All break downs are covered through a FMOP. With a NMOP, any vehicle breakdowns are the responsibility of the driver which is why a FMOP is a more comprehensive lease arrangement.
