"Mercy Family Services was formed in 1996 following the amalgamation of three formerly separate Sisters of Mercy programs providing services for children and young people at St Vincent’s, Nudgee; Fatima, Toowoomba and The Peace Centre, Goodna. Since that time, we have focused on building a strong identity, promoting community relationships and strengthening partnerships with funding bodies to enable the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

We exist to deliver quality, innovative services so that children, young people and families feel valued, connected, strengthened and have hope for the future.

As such one of the key service deliveries requires an operational fleet of vehicles. We currently operate approx. 60 passenger and commercial vehicles in our fleet. In mid-2008 we conducted a review of outsourcing our fleet management to potential providers. At this time the Mater Hospital in Brisbane referred ACS Fleet Management to us. Within 6 months of our initial discussions with a dedicated and specialist team at ACS Fleet Management we have now completely outsourced our fleet management operations.

ACS Fleet Management has helped us to make the smooth transition of our whole fleet arrangement under their care. With regular account management meetings, coupled with sound advice we are very happy with the service that they have delivered to our organisation.
